The project entails the construction of a new service station area with a fuel station and a built up rest-market area unit in Campoverde, in the Municipality of Aprilia (LT), on the Pontina Regional Road (S.R. 148) leading to Rome. The service station has an overall surface area of 15,000 m2, consisting of a manoeuvring area, parking space for cars and heavy-vehicles, fuel and gas pumps, a rest-market area, the operator’s kiosk and green areas. The project layout essentially breaks the service station down into four functional areas: the fuel and gas pump service area and related services; the Rest–Market area on Pontina Regional Road S.R. 148; complementary services and the service area. The new service area will be used to implement services offered to motorists travelling on the Pontina Regional Road.
